La transparencia de información como base del contrato federal: una propuesta para México

Abstract

This article supports that in the case of federal regimens, there is a need for mechanisms that facilitate cooperation between the different levels of government, with an eye to increasing the well-being of citizens. This cooperation demands confidence, which can be generated by establishing clear rules of governing conduct and providing reliable information about all resource flows. In consequence, it explains the importance of information within the tax system and outlines a proposal for seeking the compatibility of incentives between the different levels of government in order of satisfy the interests of citizens.
