Gobernanza e instituciones. Propuestas para una agenda de investigación

Este artículo aborda la diferencia entre los conceptos de gobernabilidad y gobernanza en ciencia política y economía. A partir de una crítica de principios básicos del enfoque neoclásico se plantean hipótesis alternativas para el estudio de la gobernanza, que incluyen, centralmente, la estructuración de las instituciones y la relación de los agentes con ellas. Con este propósito se evalúan explicaciones de las decisiones de los ciudadanos en la democracia y se valoran a la luz de su utilidad en sociedades con pronunciada desigualdad y alta heterogeneidad de preferencias.Descargas
