Calidad de la educación básica primaria en Colombia
Abstract
This paper offers an approach to the concept of educational quality, its characteristics and the main factors influencing it. The Colombian case is analyzed; thereafter the National Education Department has been seen to lack trusting instruments to control education as well as a concrete and clear definition to evaluate the quality of public education in primary basic education (grammar school).
