Abstract

This article analyses the excluding consequences of the economic deregulation and labor flexibilization process in progress in Latin America. The recomposition of labor markets and the specific impact of the informalization process of work are analyzed. The new, export development model in force in Latin America, in the context of poverty, are underlined. This article analyses how these processes of economic deregulation and changes in the world of labor are connected to a new scheme of relations between the state and society.
