Estado y pobreza en América Latina: perspectivas de un vínculo en transformación
Abstract
This paper aims to articulate two levels: on the one hand, a theoretical reflection on the way in which public authorities are reconstructing after the adjustment -in the light of the concept of deep-rooted autonomy-; and on the other hand, the analysis of three national experiences of struggle against poverty and inequality -Argentina, Chile and Mexico-. In a review of the policies themselves an effort is made to explore those elements that illustrate the diffuse phenomenon of the State/society link that has been forged during recent years.Downloads
