Innovación-produccion en Venezuela: política e instrumentos
Abstract
This paper treats innovation in Uruguay from two points of view: on the one hand, innovation is presented as a problem; on the other, the institutional tissue in which innovative processes develop is analyzed. The need for efforts within the framework of world scientific-technological development, the particularity of a small country, the inappropriateness of canonical forms of academic evaluation, the ignorance of productive agents the local availability of solutions, and innovation as a question of State make up the first approach. The second offers a synoptic map of the different institutions -including businesses- involved in innovation processes, pointing out their achievements and limitations.Downloads
