México 1994: un nuevo marco electoral para la elección presidencial
Abstract
Analysis of the conditions that made the most recent election reforms (1993 and 1994) possible in Mexico, as well as their inmediate political meaning and repercussions. These changes are examined in the light of strategic alliance between PRI and PAN, and the results of the 1991 election, as well as the factors and events that led to elaborating a new reform within a civility pact between political parties.Downloads
